No Vegfest for 2007: The committee to organize Vegfest has decided that our limited resources this year will be best utilized by concentrating on regular, grassroots outreach and that we have chosen to postpone Vegfest for a future year. We welcome volunteers to participate in outreach and organizing.

Kenneth made sports history at the 2004 Natural Olympia in Las Vegas – the most prestigious natural bodybuilding competition in the world – by finishing third out of more than 200 competitors from 37 nations and becoming America’s first vegan bodybuilding champion. He has also competed and placed well in a number of important bodybuilding events. In 2004 alone, he placed second in his class at the Silver & Black Muscle Classic, the Team USA contest, and the World Natural Bodybuilding Championships.

Charlie Thomas is vegan and a pro skateboarder. He skates for Hollywood and manages its pro team, and he handles everything at Tum Yeto. The skateboard industry is being shaped by this dude as we speak.
Charlie’s deck is available at Hollywood and is a representation of him and his dedication to the animals. Originally designed as a joke about his veganism, he decided he liked the image that shows clearly that a gun to the head of the cow leads to the hamburger.
In addition to regularly touring across North America, Mike is the reigning champion of both the Wiseguys Comedy Competition and the Slammy Award for Best Comedian in Utah from the Salt Lake City Weekly (2005). His parents proudly display all of Mike's awards -- including a 3rd place plaque that he insists he will return to the real 5th grade spelling bee champion -- above their mantlepiece.
